Do you build on lots that are outside of your subdivisions?
Ashlyn Homes does build on customer owned lots if the property is in our area to build in range. All of our builds begin at a minimum of 2,200 sqft, but this minimum requirement may increase depending on the area/neighborhood where the lot is located. Does Ashlyn Homes sell their floor plans?
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your concern, but we do not. Our floor plans are only for use if the future homeowner decides to build with our team.

How do I get approved for a loan?
We have preferred lenders that will help you with any of your finance questions! Please view our “resources” tab and click “preferred lenders” and this will answer some general financing questions and provides the information of whom to contact to begin the lending process.

The build process is 5 months, weather permitting up to 6 months.
Is there HOA in any of your communities?
Most of our communities we are a part of do not have HOA. There are occurrences where some communities do.
